"Property was a bit dated. Stayed two nights a d housekeeping was on the floor but didnt bother freshening up our room. "

"The only positive thing I can say is the ocean view. For someone that doesn’t leave reviews and hate to be negative. This place was an experience.Front desk staff wasn't the friendliest. Literally walked out from checking out and sprained my ankle by falling from their steps. I wasn't sure if they were even aware until I came back in for bandaids, they said yeah with a smirk.There was puke left in the walk way for half the day. Where cleaning staff ran over it. The faucet in the bathroom was coming out and surrounded with black mold. There so many places where there was dips in the walk way. They have hospital blankets to sleep with. Luckily asked a family member coming on the trip to bring blankets for me and my friend to use. The couch looked stained. We both hated our experience and spent more time at the family members condo. If they had the room we would of slept there. We had to pay an extra 27 for parking to walk across the street for the vehicle. Like we said we paid for the view of the ocean not the actual place. "

"I recently stayed at the Hilton and while the resort itself was beautiful and the amenities were great, my overall experience was disappointing due to issues with my room and service. Upon arrival, I noticed that the shower was clogged and the balcony door did not lock, which was a major safety concern. I reported both issues within 45 minutes of checking in, but no engineer came to address them. I had to repeatedly follow up and remind staff that the problems had not been fixed. Because the balcony door was unsecured, I did not feel comfortable leaving my room or fully enjoying my planned activities, as I had valuables inside and did not feel safe. They were friendly over the phone and text but it took forever to get anything fix as I should have been given a room like this. The issues were not resolved until the third morning of my stay, which left us with only one day to truly relax and enjoy the resort. We did spend time at the pool, which was nice, but everything was quite expensive, which I expected. However, I was disappointed that gratuity was automatically added to every order, whether it was a single drink at the bar or a small appetizer poolside. The gratuity amounts were quite high, and it seemed to impact the level of service, as the staff were not particularly friendly. The young lady kept telling me she's off in 10 minutes and that I need to hurry to order. Overall, the property itself is nice, but the lack of timely maintenance and the service experience"

"For the price it was durable just to have somewhere last minute to stay. The padding in the ceiling was coming apart and when removing the sheets before departure, they didn’t look as clean from one of the beds that wasn’t even slept in. Overall either save money or pay for better. Use your own judgment."

"This place has beautiful views and plenty of fun. Check out the gift shop. We will be coming back. Love the location. Close to Thomas donuts."
